Melanie has been working with theGrogroup delivering some really useful insights into motivation using a Motivation Maps tool that divides up into 9 motivators. What is so useful is that once the report has been reviewed with an individual, the system can 'map the team'. This weights everybody motivators and shows the 'balance' of motivators in a team which highlights the reasons for peculiar dynamics - when some people have very different personal motivators to the team overall. A bit like a fish swimming in a different direction.

Anne Corder Recruitment have been fortunate enough to partner with Melanie in the delivery of several workshops recently - covering topics like Imposter Syndrome and Positivity. The content is thought provoking, highly inclusive, offering techniques and approaches we can easily adopt and utilise in all areas of our busy lives. Shortly before the lockdown, Melanie delivered her Resilience workshop for a group of our volunteers and coordinators. Even back then, it was a really relevant topic - nobody could foresee what was about to come, though. We learned how resilience is a muscle than can be strengthened and some great techniques that will help us to be as resilient as we can. Some of these concepts and techniques are also directly suitable for sharing with our families The attendees would have liked even more time spent on this than we had available, so we’ll maybe be welcoming you back again soon!
