Initially run as open workshops, these have been adopted by a number of different organisations to support their employee well-being and engagement.
Which are the most relevant topics to your staff? What could make the biggest different to their well-being and effectiveness?
I’ve been running workshops for Anne Corder Recruitment for over a year. They regularly host ‘lunch and learn’ sessions for their clients and were keen to offer something a little different from their regular topics of employment law updates and recruitment best practice.
Quieten Your Imposter Syndrome seemed to fit the bill as it was something that impacted many people in their work, and was attracting a lot of media attention, yet was not something that was readily featured on corporate training plans.
Since the first session in June 2019, I’ve run 4 face to face Quieten Your Imposter Syndrome workshops in their offices. These have sparked some great discussions and the participants have left knowing how imposter syndrome affects them and those around them, as well as having some simple tools to address this.
Once the lockdown happened, we decided to continue these online. Again, Anne Corder Recruitment wanted to provide something a little different to their clients. This time they opted for the Positivity For Success workshop.
The first session was really well received and we’re already on our second run of this.
This is a great partnership – long may it last!
Home-Start is a local community network of trained volunteers and expert support.
They help families with children under five with practical and confidential support.
This support is often invaluable to the families.
But their staff and volunteers also need support to do their best.
In March 2020, I ran my Build Your Resilience workshop for a group of staff members and volunteers.
It was a really relevant topic and the attendees would have liked even more time spent on this than we had available.
Key takeaways included:
“The session has helped me identify where I am on the resilience scale and how I can use techniques to help Home-Start parents.”
With the Blue Diamond ethos, and as an award-winning coach, I pride myself with delivering a consistently high-quality service. But don’t just take my word for it…
