The ResilienceBuilder® programme is designed to help organisations reduce workplace stress and build environments where people genuinely thrive. It combines a proprietary assessment tool, targeted workshops and 1:1 coaching to deliver measurable, lasting change at every level of your organisation:

How ResilienceBuilder® Works
It starts by measuring the actual causes of low resilience in you or your team, then targets them directly through four steps:
- Step 1: ResilienceBuilder® Assessment Tool Individuals complete an online assessment, taking just 7–10 minutes. The tool measures five key pillars of resilience: Purpose, Social Support, Emotional Intelligence, Physical Stamina, and Mental Strength.
- Step 2: Personalised Report Each participant receives a personalised ResilienceBuilder® report with tailored insights and practical recommendations to strengthen their resilience across each dimension.
- Step 3: Group Data Analysis Assessment data is analysed at a group level to identify the common challenges within your team or organisation, pinpointing exactly where resilience is most at risk and where targeted support will have the greatest impact.
- Step 4: Targeted Workshop & 1:1 Coaching Using the group data insights, ResilienceBuilder® delivers focused, customised interventions from team resilience workshops and leadership sessions to individual coaching, all designed to address the specific challenges your people are facing.

It is a self-paced online course you can work through in your own time, for just £30, with practical tools you can put to use straight away. Many people begin here, then move on to the full ResilienceBuilder® programme when they are ready to go deeper or bring their team with them.

Most resilience training takes a one-size-fits-all approach. ResilienceBuilder® starts by measuring the actual sources of low resilience within your team using the ResilienceBuilder® Assessment Tool. This data is then used to design targeted, customised interventions so your team isn’t sitting through generic content, but working on the specific challenges that matter most to them.
The online assessment takes just 7–10 minutes to complete and consists of 57 questions. It measures resilience across five key pillars: Purpose, Social Support, Emotional Intelligence, Physical Stamina, and Mental Strength. Each participant receives a personalised report with insights and practical recommendations. Group data is then analysed to identify shared challenges and inform targeted workshop content.
ResilienceBuilder® workshops are available as half-day, one-day, or two-day sessions and can be delivered virtually or in person. Options include team resilience workshops, resilience for leaders sessions, senior leadership team workshops, top talent programmes, and keynote or conference formats. The programme can also be incorporated as a resilience module within an existing in-house leadership development programme.
